New York banned trans fats in restaurants. Now they are talking about banning salt in restaurant kitchens. Both are probably bad for us. But do you think the government should be able to tell a restaurant that they can't use LEGAL ingredients?

I don't know but I would think getting a full sized van out of the middle of a busy intersection WAS protecting the public.
